I imagined Alphabet for a kid’s cartoon. The concept was a world in which some kids were the descendants of wizards, and thus could use magic. The catch was they could only do so through proxy: a magical guardian that was sworn to protect them, sort of like their own personal super hero. Think Pokemon-meets-Fairly Odd Parents, with a bit of Sailor Moon. The story idea takes place in the 1990’s, and Alphabet’s child is a sporty 12-year old girl, which is why he’s dressed like an extra in a VHS jazzercise class.
